VTune 2.11 Patch Update
If you are a registered user of VTune and have VTune 2.1 installed on your system, you can download the 2.11 patch.
Besides several bug fixes and improvements, the VTune 2.11 patch adds support for the following:
- Borland* C++Builder* symbol files.
- Microsoft* Visual C++* 5.0 generated symbol files. MSPDBxx.dll is no longer required to be in the path.

The patch (vtpatch.exe) is 1.13MB in size. Please use this information to gauge the amount of time it may take to download the patch from your system.To install the VTune 2.11 patch, do the following:
Note:You must have VTune 2.1 installed on your system before you install the 2.11 patch.
- Save the file vtpatch.exe into a temporary directory.
- Double-click on the file to install the VTune 2.11 patch.
- Follow the steps the installation program guides you through.
