Enter your name, email address, problem, and other information in the Software Problem Report Form and submit it. One of our technical support engineers will contact you via email.

Email messages are accepted 24 hours a day. The Software Problem Report form is provided in the directory in which you installed VTune (\vtune\vtunespr.txt by default). The form is also available on this web site. Please fill out the form and email it to developer_support@intel.com. The telephone support Hotline is open from 7:00am to 5:00PM, USA Pacific Time. Your call will be answered by a technical support engineer. If no support engineer is available to take your call, you will be prompted to leave a message with your telephone number and problem description. A support engineer will contact you within one Intel business day.
