Designing an Embedded System Using the Pentium(r) Processor with Voltage Reduction Technology (VRT) and the Intel 430HX PCIset
Designs that use the low power features of the Pentium processors with Voltage Reduction Technology (VRT) can also take advantage of the high performance capabilities of the Intel 430HX PCIsets. This application note describes the differences between the Pentium processor with VRT and the 3.3 V Pentium processor and discusses some of the design considerations in using the Pentium processor with VRT with the Intel 430HX PCIset.
