Topmax offers the TMax* 5401 In-Circuit Emulator for the Intel i960 H-Series of microprocessors. The TMax 5401 emulator is the logical extension of Topmax's C-Series emulators. It compliments the existing TMax 5001/2 CA/CF-Series emulators products. The Hx emulator is a powerful tool for HW-SW development and for product test and support.
