8-Mbit (512K x 16, 1024K x 8) SmartVoltage Boot Block Flash Memory Family

Intel's SmartVoltage flash technology provides both low-voltage and high performance. This datasheet contains the specifications for Intel's 8-Mbit boot block flash memory family. The 8-Mbit family has two branches of products. One branch allows reads with Vcc at 3.3 ± 0.3V or 5V, while the other allows reads with Vcc at 2.7-3.6V or 5V. All products provide program/erase capability at 5V or 12V. These products also offer x8 and x8/x16 operation for CPU flexibility, a hardware-lockable block to ensure security for critical code storage, and high-performance read access speed at low-voltage.
