Eligibility and Acceptance Criteria

To become a member of the Intel developer community of early technology adopters, you must meet the following criteria:

• You are a software application developer that is creating a high-performance product for the retail market.
• Your company has signed, unmodified Intel Technology Access Program Agreement (Adobe Acrobat .pdf format) (one per company)
  (Download the Adobe Acrobat™ "Amber" Reader.)
• Intel has received your subscription fee via Visa, Mastercard, check or P.O.
  NOTE: Program is available in North America only.

Developers who work for companies or subsidiaries of companies engaged in the development of microprocessors are not eligible to participate in this support program.

Fee Summary

• All subscriptions are for a 12 month period
• The fee is payable in US dollars
