Free Support Options
Intel provides focused, technical support to our authorized distribution channels. These distributors are trained to provide system integration and post-sales support. End users, requiring support on a motherboard, should consult directly with their place of purchase. If the place of purchase is unable to resolve the problem, the dealer has direct access to Intel support technicians.

The support options listed above are all free of charge.

Pay Per Incident Telephone Support
Starting September 16, 1996, Intel offers an additional service of pay per incident support for technical telephone inquires. The fee is a fixed rate of US$25.00 per incident, payable by credit card.

In North America, call 1-800-404-2284 and select option 1. Alternatively, you may call 1-900-555-5800 at US$2.50 per minute (this option is valid only in the United States).

In Europe, the US$25.00 fee is levied in local currency at the appropriate credit card exchange rate. VAT is added where appropriate.
