TX51/251

The TX51/251 is an entry level in-circuit debugger for all ROMless members of IntelÆs MCS 51 and MCS 251 microcontoller family. This product is our most cost-effective 251 solution and has many satisfied users around the world. This system offers 63.75K C-segment and 64K X-segment emulation memory. The 8xC251SB is supported up to a speed of 16 MHz.
The same space saving pods from the extensive MX51 and AX51 family are used with the TX51/251 offering an inexpensive upgrade path.
The TX251 has the ability to run in stand-alone mode without the target hardware connected. It has hardware breakpoints that break before execution of the instruction as in all Hitex products.
The HiTOP user interface that is standard on all Hitex products is used on the TX51/251 which offers a decreased user learning curve when using different Hitex products. High Level Language debugging or at the assembly level is supported by HiTOP. The same compilers supported with the MX/AX51 emulators are also supported by the TX51/251.
