87C196JT 20 MHz Advanced 16-Bit CHMOS Microcontroller

The 87C196JT A-step (JT-A), is a new member of the MCS(R) 96 microcontroller family. This device is a memory scalar of the 87C196JR D-step (JR.-D) and is designed for strict functional and electrical compatibility. The 87C196JT has the highest 52-lead memory density of the MCS 96 microcontroller family, with 32K of on-chip EPROM, 1K of on-chip register RAM, and 512 bytes of additional RAM (Code RAM). The high memory integration of the 87C196JT supports high-functionality in a low pin-count package and the use of the high level programming language C.
