Tool Description:

Learn to use the i960(R) embedded processors. Hands-on lab exercises using evaluation boards, the iC960 or GNU compiler and symbolic debugger use various aspects of the i960 architecture. The course is for programmers and system designers who need to understand the i960 architecture, write i960 programs in assembly language, and combine these programs with C. The courses are also for designers who need to understand the bus and signals of these processors. The student is expected to have embedded design and programming experience. C programming knowledge is helpful.
