The i960(R) SA embedded processor brings RISC power to the 16-bit embedded world. This full 32-bit processor is fast, economical and easy to use. It is based on the i960 KA chip. The 16-bit burst data bus offers you a high-speed bus that can lower overall system cost and yet maintains high performance. The i960 SA processor is code-compatible with other i960 processor family members for cost-reduced product planning.
