The i960 Microprocessor Analysis Packages (MAP) for the CLAS 4000 configurable logic analysis system consist of a probe adapter, setup files and disassembler software for the i960 processor family. The i960 processor MAP and CLAS 4000 provide the capability to isolate hardware problems and monior real-time software execution at speed without impacting system operation.
