80960HA/HD/HT 32-Bit High Performance Superscalar Processor

The 80960HA/HD/HT processors are the newest members of Intel's family of i960(R) 32-bit, RISC-style embedded processors. Capable of issuing 150 million instructions per second using clock multiplying technology, the 80960HA/HD/HT processors achieve new performance levels while maintaining backward compatibility with the 80960CA/CF processors. Like the 80960CA/CF processors, the 80960HA/HD/HT processors feature a 32-bit demultiplexed pipelined burst bus. Additional enhancements include a larger instruction cache, data cache and data RAM than any other i960 processor to date.
