The intent of this software is to provide a product listing and the ordering information for Intel Boot Block and FlashFile™ memory products.

After selecting the appropriate input options on the left, click on the "Show Products" button. Based on your selections, a list of available flash products is shown. Individual ordering information is available by clicking on the listed product.

Density
Density specifies the size of the flash component.

Organization
This option selects the system bus width. Multiple devices can be used to accomodate system bus widths of greater than 16 bits.

Read Voltage
The read voltage is applied to the V_CC pin. It specifies the device operating voltage.

Program Voltage
The program voltage is applied to the V_PP pin. It is used when contents are being altered.

Blocking
The Boot Block family of products consist of multiple blocks of differing sizes; hence they are referred to as asymmetrical. The FlashFile™ memory family of products have multiple blocks of equal size, and therefore, are called symmetrical.
