GangPro-SII is built to handle the demands of heavy production use as well as sophisticated development needs. What's more, it offers high-end quality at a competitive cost. The GangPro-SII basic platform is user configurable and can house off-the-shelf programming modules or cluster mode hardware assemblies. The unique mechanical and electronics architecture allows you to incorporate both standard device programming as well as custom in-circuit programming in the same chassis. Standard configuration begins with eight or sixteen sockets, and can be field upgraded to 32.
GangPro-SII is fully stand-alone, with its own built-in processor and BIOS. GangPro-SII is easily interfaced with any host system through a standard serial port. The housing includes built-in function keys and an LCD display. Menu selections and local user interface are easy for operators to learn. PC software is also included with the package as an alternate operating environment.
The unique MultiRail architecture of GangPro-SII features a main platform and eight card slots for housing independent programming assemblies driven by the internal microprocessor. Each of the eight rails is a completely independent programmer assembly, thus reducing the risk of total system down-time. You can remove socket rails easily from the top of the unit to change socket technology or to replace a failed assembly. Because production is time-critical, the internal systems of GangPro-SII programmers are designed with both high reliability and quick maintenance in mind.
