Tool Description:

These adapters provide access for memory emulators, logic analyzers and other instruments or ATE equipment with DIP SMT packages, such as PSOP, SSOP and TSOP. Emulator adapters have a DIP socket and a plug matching the required package. Logic Analyzer adapters are essentially emulator adapters with monitoring pins. Clips are emulator or logic analyzer adapters with a clip providing access to a package already soldered down.
