Data I/O's ProMaster 9500 is a highly flexible and reliable automated system for programming, testing, sorting, and laser marking fine-pitch programming devices in medium to large volumes. The system maintains fine-pitch lead integrity with state-of-the-art handling technology that touches the leads only once during the entire input-to-output process. This reduced contact with the devices virtually eliminates damage that can caused by even moderate handling, and provides users with the highest possible quality.
To ensure optimum reliability, flexibility, and ease-of-use, the ProMaster 9500 features a modular design approach. The system integrates leading device-handling technology with Data I/O's proven programmer technology and TaskLink production automation software, resulting in a very low-risk, working solution approach that is fully backed by Data I/O's comprehensive service and support programs. Designed for high throughput as well as high quality, the ProMaster can program up to 16 devices simultaneously and delivers maximum throughput of 1200 devices per hour.
