The BP-2200 is the ultimate parallel device programmer, capable of concurrently programming 4 - 16 complex devices. Because it's a concurrent programmer, the system starts programming each device as soon as the device is inserted. The programming electronics are optimized so programming is speedy, reliable, and independent on each socket.
The system supports thousands of devices, including antifuse and low-voltage devices. The BP-2200 also has the ability to vector test the latest high-pin-count FPGAs, even 3V devices. On the BP-2200, BP Microsystems has implemented optimizations to the communications and memory that make it possible to take advantage of the speed available in today's components. The result is that greater throughput is realized on every single device that BP supports.
The BP-2200 has many features to meet the requirements of real-world production facilities. It is an exceptional system for companies who are running multiple shifts or need to lower their operating costs. The system's fault-tolerant architecture allows the system to continue production even if one of the sockets or boards should fail because the system is capable of programming devices without intervention by the PC. Design files and job statistics can be stored on a file server to meet your document control and SPC requirements. The control software is updated eight times per year to provide you with the latest device support. The BP-2200 is the first programmer capable of programming hundreds of thousands of fine-pitch SMDs, antifuse FPGAs, CPLDs, flash memories, and complex microcontrollers month after month.
