Tool Description:

When your taping needs require the flexibility of a four head system or a test station, V-TEK's TM-6000 automatic taping machine may be just the machine you are looking for. The pick and place function features a turret assembly and four pick and place heads. As the turret rotates, each head stops at one of four stations...pick-up, test, reject, and placement. This simple design also incorporates the ability to rotate the part between each station in the process.

Tool Features:

  • Offers automatic taping of bowl-fed and tube-fed parts

  • Four independent pick heads offer maximum flexibility and easy changeover

  • Can be configured to provide test or vision

  • Can seal heat seal or pressure-sensitive covertapes

  • Pick and place head commands set through software interface

  • Parts can be rotated for proper orientation to the pocket
