Tool Description:

The AH 500 Handler is a fully automated system for loading and unloading Intel Flash TSOPs into programming sockets. When programming is complete, the system will sort the programmed and laser marked ICs.
To load the AH 500, simply place up to six trays of ICs into the input section of the unit. Or, conversely, place up to four input tubes into the system. Both options are in place 100% of the time. Once ICs are loaded into the system, the operator selects from a menu of choices: lot number, number of ICs to process, programming code..., all are simple menu items.
The AH 500 has an impressive family tree. Unmanned Solutions has and is providing automated handling solutions to a variety of semiconductor manufacturers. With over thirty systems in production, it is by far the largest family of pick-and-place device handlers on the market. Such presence provides a unique opportunity for support and ongoing development.
