As Intel's device capacities continue to increase at a rapid pace, Minato offers the Model 1930 gang programmer to meet their demands. With 32-Mbit standard internal memory, expandable to a massive 128 Mbit, the Model 1930 allows for large volume simultaneous programming of 16 programming sites. The Model 1930 supports 13 different data formats, including Intel Hex (8 and 16 bit). With RS-232C serial and Centronics-compatible parallel I/O ports standard, the Model 1930 is a powerful tool that can be interfaced with a host PC using its PPC (Programmer PC) software to meet your programming needs. With each of its 16 sockets isolated, the Model 1930 is capable of simultaneously programming each socket with independent data while minimizing operational noise and inter-socket interference. The Model 1930 assures precision device verification by providing 4 verify cycles as standard. The Vcc verify voltage (normally set at 4.75V/5.25V) can be changed to handle specific requirements for different users. The overall reliability of the programmer is assured through integration of the circuitry, reduction in the number of required adjustments, enhancement of circuit performance and function, and a lowered internal temperature through precision design. Algorithms for the Model 1930 were developed cooperatively using Intel's documentation recommendations to provide optimum performance.
