28F002BC 2-Mbit (256K x 8) Boot Block Flash Memory

This document is the technical datasheet for Intel's 28F002BC Flash memory. This 2-Mbit flash memory device has been optimized for BIOS applications. It is also Intel's lowest cost 2-Mbit flash memory component. It is applicable for designs currently using the 28F002BX or the 28F200BX (in the x8 mode). This document provides application examples as well as AC/DC characteristics.
