The TSE-200 connects two Type II PCMCIA slots to your computer. These two slots also accommodate one Type III PC Card. The unique design of the TSE-200 utilizes a 16-bit ISA interface card and a special high-density cable which allows use of the full range of PCMCIA devices (unlike external PCMCIA reader/writers using parallel or serial port designs).
The TSE-200 is compatible with most i386Ö, i486Ö, and PentiumÖ microprocessor-based computer systems. A specially-designed interface card is included for installation in an open 16-bit ISA expansion slot in your computer. All TSE-200 PCMCIA reader/writers are shipped with CardWizard for Windows 3.1 and CardWorks for Windows95 from SystemSoft Corporation.
Acma has worked with Intel's Flash Memory Division to ensure that TSE-200 reader/writers are compatible with Intel Flash memory cards. Our reader/writer is also qualified as "SystemSoft Certified" by SystemSoft Corporation. TSE-200 PCMCIA reader/writers are currently used for development by companies such as Sun Microsystems, Quantum Corporation, and National Semiconductor.
